That passion eventually led her to train as an instructor, where she now shares her love of movement with others. Lucy’s classes are fun, motivating, and challenging in all the right ways.

Brianna discovered Pilates and barre during university —and after her first class, she was hooked. She loves barre for its energy, variety, and the way it keeps you on your toes (literally!). For Brianna, Pilates is more than just movement—it’s about community, connection, and the friendships built through shared challenge and sweat.

After finishing her Osteopathy studies in Melbourne, Haylee took her passion for rehabilitation a notch higher with Clinical Pilates training. Her classes offer the perfect mix of strength and flexibility work, designed to wake up muscles you didn't even know you had!

Coming from a dance background and with over ten years of experience teaching Pilates, Ashley is dedicated to guiding you in discovering your strength and fluidity. Ashley loves teaching pre and post-natal clients, and she ensures a tailored and supportive experience for all.
